Yeah, she's my mom. Luckily for me, I inherited her beautiful face and stellar sense of humor. Luckily for her, I was born with just enough of a rebellious side that has helped her perfect her patience and reliance on the Lord!

I hope you don't mind that I took a look at your blog. I just couldn't resist commenting about your mother. I moved into her ward when I was single and living by myself. I never had to sit by myself in church. She was always saving me a seat and she was an awesome neighbor! She made me feel loved and welcomed when I was vulnerable and learning the ropes of adulthood! Happy Birthday Mickie!
Your mom didn't even know it was her birthday on her birthday! Silly girl! I did make her dinner the day before....we need to quit working so much! She loves the soup you sent, and hopefully she'll invite me downstairs when she brews up a pot...what no trip to Colorado countdown? Sup with that girlfriend! Better get that winter jacket before you get on the plane!
